The Urine & Hydration Analysis Chart in A4 (Laminated); A3 (Glossy photopaper) and A2 (Glossy photopaper) sizes. The Urine & Hydration Analysis Chart is a tool designed to visually represent normal and abnormal hydration levels. 

Urine is the main method of eliminating water soluble by-products of cellular metabolism from the body. It consists of excess liquid and wastes filtered by the kidneys out of blood as it passes through them. It drains into the urinary bladder that can hold up to 500 ml of urine and is usually emptied 4 to 6 times a day. Under average circumstances, adults produce between 1 and 2 L of urine a day. Urine consists of water (95%), urea, uric acid, ammonia, hormones, dead blood cells, proteins, salts and minerals, and toxic substances.

the chart shows 7 different urine colours/levels of hydration. 
Unlike the traditional urine analysis tables this chart contains not only urine colours, but also detailed descriptions and reasons as well as a hydration level indicator. Designed for the reception area or therapy room of a colon therapy practitioner.

This poster comes in three different sizes.

The A4 size (Small) is suitable for using as a personal study aid.
The A3 size (Medium) will suit a toilet cubicle or a small therapy room. 
The A2 (Large) size is suitable for a therapy room or a reception area.
